assist: Giúp, giúp đỡ
to assist someone in doing something

Trouble: Sự làm phiền, sự quấy rầy; điều phiền hà
4. Are you having  (trouble) opening the door?
* Phân biệt giữa trouble và problem
Trouble thường đi kèm với cảm giác và suy nghĩ của bạn (ví dụ như khó chịu)
Problem thường đi kèm với giải pháp (solution). Vì vậy khi nào bạn cảm thấy điều gì khó khăn và có cách giải quyết thì dùng problem nhưng nếu điều gì liên quan đến cảm giác tiêu cực thì bạn nên dùng trouble.
