Tiếng anh lễ tân khách sạn: khách hủy hay thay đổi ngày đặt phòng


Có nhiều trường hợp bạn phải giao tiếp thông qua điện thoại nhất là khi khách đặt phòng, thay đổi ngày đặt phòng  hoặc hủy đặt phòng. Có những mẫu câu tiếng anh giúp bạn giải quyết những việc như trên.

Bạn chắc hẳn không muốn vây vào tình cảnh tranh cãi với khách hàng hoặc làm lớn việc lên mà cả bạn và khách hàng không ai có lợi. Nếu việc này xảy ra, khách hàng sẽ không có ấn tượng tốt đối với khách sạn. Công việc của bạn là phải hóa giải được hiểu lầm của khách hàng và tạo ra được sự hài lòng nhất có thể.
