Tiếng anh lễ tân khách sạn: khách hủy hay thay đổi ngày đặt phòng

Có nhiều trường hợp bạn phải giao tiếp thông qua điện thoại nhất là khi khách đặt phòng, thay đổi ngày đặt phòng  hoặc hủy đặt phòng. Có những mẫu câu tiếng anh giúp bạn giải quyết những việc như trên.

Receptionist	Yes. You would have received that when you called the first time.
MR. Green	No, I don’t. Uh, I don’t think I ever got one.

Receptionist	And what’s your arrival date?
MR. Green	October 12th.
Receptionist	OK, let me see here… Ok, here you are. And so you’d like to cancel this reservation?
MR. Green	No, no. I just need to change the date.
Receptionist	Oh OK, yeah, we can do that. Uh, to when would you like to change it?
MR. Green	Um, yeah, do you have anything for November 15th?

Receptionist	Yes, sir.
MR. Green	Yeah, the problem is, I can’t stand the smell of smoke so I’m going to have to pass on that.
Receptionist	I understand, sir.
